    We offer weather briefings via one-on-one phone calls with our forecasters, who provide the context and story behind the numbers.

    These bespoke briefings allow you to ask questions relating to your event context, and make informed decisions based on expert guidance.

  • Weather Dashboards

    We can provide a dashboard displaying custom, dynamic weather widgets – from auto-updating wind and rain data feeds to high resolution weather radar imagery.  

    Our dashboards are rich with the meteorological components relevant for your event.

    In 2025, we provided Hyrox with a hybrid solution for their outdoor fitness event, which included a high-quality weather dashboard used to monitor changing conditions.

  • Lightning Alerts

    Lightning can pose a significant safety risk to assets and people at large-scale events.

    MetService’s lightning detection system monitors strikes across NZ, in real-time. We can work with you to define risk zones around your event, and send alerts when lightning is detected, followed by an ‘all clear’ when activity subsides.

    These alerts allow for exceptional situational awareness, allow you to intervene when necessary, and provide evidence that safety protocols were followed.
