Anti-Crepuscular Rays

Anti-crepuscular rays are similar to crepuscular rays, except you must be facing away from the sun to see them.

Like crepuscular rays, they are usually seen at sunrise and sunset, and the rays are formed by the sun shining between clouds. The rays appear to converge towards the “anti-solar point”, which is a point directly opposite the sun from the view of the observer. However, as with crepuscular rays, they are in fact parallel.

The photo below shows a fantastic example of anti-crepuscular rays, along with some nice sunset colours.
