MetService has ranked second equal in the 2023 NZ Public Sector Reputation Index.

The index serves as an independent benchmark, evaluating the reputation of nearly 60 public sector organisations in Aotearoa New Zealand. Reputation is measured across categories of trust, social responsibility, leadership and fairness.

MetService has been ranked in the top five agencies for the last three years.

The ranking reflects the views of 3,500 New Zealanders (a nationally representative sample) and these interviews took place between 17 March and 12 April 2023.
